Weekly Programs

    Sunday School:  9:00 am.

         

          Children's Classes

    Nursery:  Volunteers, Nursery.

    3 year olds - Kindergarten:  Mrs. Lou Lemen, 2rd Floor-
        up stairs near the office, right & up a few more steps.

    Grades 1 & 2:  Lynn Boland/Shelly Burton, 2nd Floor from the Center St.  stairs or through the Kindergarten  room.

    Grades 3,4, & 5- Faithful Bible Investigators (FBI):  
        Kathy Lane/Susan Humphreys, 2nd Floor at top of the stairs near the office.

    Middle School- Christians in Action (CIA):  Priscilla Long/Mark Hughes, Conference Room by Pastor's Office.

    High School:  Arsene Burton, Chapel.

 

Adult Classes

 

    Open Door: Jim Mann, Parlor.

    Growing Christian Families: Bryan & Amy Johnson, basement small dining room.

    Good News: Terry Bourret, basement large dining room.

    Monday

 

          Mom's in Touch.  8:30 am.

Moments of Prayer: 9:30 am.  Meets for specific prayer intercession for the church, its members, and for those requested by members.

    Tuesday

Morning Ladies Bible Study: meets at 10 am. in the small dining room located in the church basement.

Boy Scouts: Troop 100 meets in the large dining room at 6:30 - 8:30 pm.

Ladies Evening Bible Study meets at  Terry and Gayle Bourret's  home at 6:45 pm.  to study the Bible and other topics such as "prayer" and the "Holy Spirit", and always includes a time prayers of praise, thanksgiving and intercession.
Mens Evening Bible Study meets in the parlor at 8:00 pm. in order to be available for men who aren't available at an earlier time to have the opportunity for in-depth study of the Bible.  This is led by Pastor Darnold.

    Wednesday

Men's Prayer Breakfast: meets at a local restaurant at 6:00 - 7:30 am. for prayer and spiritual enlightenment.  This is open to all and is led by volunteers from among the group.

Family Night Fellowship: Dinner and programs for all ages.  6:00 pm. in the church fellowship hall.  Enter from the ramp to the basement located on the alley.  First Wednesday is a carry-in dinner.  The rest of the month dinners are prepared by different cooks and their assistants.  These dinners are available for a nominal cost of $3.00 per adult.   Everyone is welcome.  For all dinners except the carry in, please call the church office and make your reservation by 4:00 pm. the Monday before. 

Adult Choir Practice: immediately follows the evening program.  We have immediate openings for those interested in singing praises to God.  There is a small audition to belong.  You must pass a test.  Do you love the Lord?  Are you breathing?  You qualify.  We have saved a place for you. See you in the sanctuary right after the evening program, about 7:30 pm.   You are invited to participate.

Monthly Programs & Meetings

The Women Association: meets on the second Thursday at 1:00 pm. in the parlor. All women are invited.

Session: Second Monday at 7:00 pm.

Board of Deacons: Fourth Monday at 7:30 pm.
