Matt was born and raised in Iowa, and recently graduated from Northwestern College, Orange City, IA with a major in Religion.  Matt has a variety of youth oriented mission experience, ranging from leading prayer groups in his school, serving the homeless in Florida and in the Netherlands and helping feed the workers at Ground Zero in New York City.  Summers while in college were spent working for a construction.  Matt enjoys sports, hunting, fishing and outdoor activities
